Position overview
The Store assistant is responsible for driving sales through offering good customer service to ensure a delightful brand experience and maximise on sales through the various selling techniques like Product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, down selling, fabric care and any other suggestive selling to potential and existing customers. They will also help the Store coordinator in maintaining optimum stocks levels in the stores through demand forecasting proactive ordering process.

KPIs
• Achievement of individual daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets. Both in Items and Revenue
• Work as a team to ensure the store achieve set weekly & monthly KPIs: Basket size, Conversion, MSI, No. of items, No. of Transactions)
• Assist in collecting customer feedback
• Basic documentation and Store cleanliness
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising
• Enforce Omni-channel
• Maintain great customer service that surpasses customer expectation

Responsibilities
• Growing sales turnover - Maximizing sales: Inspiring the customer to buy and meeting the store’s sales targets.
• Delivering a great customer brand experience
• Handling all customer requests courteously and professionally.
• Being knowledgeable of and performing sales support functions related to Shopify procedures.
• Learning Vivo’s systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and complete support duties.
• Improving the store's Conversion rate and Basket Size.
• Establishing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy.
• Maximizing store productivity and efficiency.
• Ensuring that fitting rooms are tidy for customers by promptly removing merchandise and returning it to the display racks in the selling floor.
• Driving high operational standards
• Be involved in stock control and management.
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
• Ensure high standards of Visual merchandizing (Selling area and window display).

Behavioral Competence
• Previous sales experience (Clothing retail sales experience is an added advantage)
