At RYNO Auto, we are committed to ensuring the safety and security of our assets, employees, and clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead our security operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy to protect company assets, personnel, and information.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses; identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
Create and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead the response to security incidents and breaches; conduct investigations and coordinate with law enforcement as necessary.
Oversee the security of company facilities, including access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel.
Collaborate with IT to protect company data and systems; implement cybersecurity measures and protocols.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and business continuity strategies; conduct drills and training sessions.
Provide security training and awareness programs for employees; ensure staff are informed about security protocols and procedures.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures; use protective gear.
Manage relationships with security service providers and vendors; oversee the procurement and maintenance of security equipment.
Develop and manage the security budget; allocate resources effectively to address security needs.
Prepare and present reports on security status, incidents, and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices; implement improvements as necessary.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5 years+ experience as a Chief Security Officer or in a similar senior security management role.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar.
Strong knowledge of security management practices, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
Experience with physical security, cybersecurity, and incident response.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
