DIPLOMA    Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building and Construction or a relevant area from a recognized institut
KCSEORKCE    KCSE C- (minus) or KCE DIV III aggregate


Other Job Requirements

Requirement


Have at least five (5) years relevant work experience supervising buildings and construction projects
Be proficient in using relevant computer applications and construction equipment
Demonstrate technical capacity, communication and problem solving skills and diligence in executing tasks
NB: Registration with the Institute of Clerk of Works- Kenya/Site Supervisor with the National Construction Authority will be an added advantage.
