POSITION GOAL
To assure a high-quality Food Service Program that complies with local, state, and federal regulations and operates with maximum efficiencies.

ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- A standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.

- A minimum of two (2) years, within the last five (5) years of food service experience.

- Completion of the School Board of Broward County Food & Nutrition Services Department Organization and Management Intern Manager Training Program.

- Ability to follow directions, read and communicate in English.

- Ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, school administrators and other Food & Nutrition service-related personnel.

- General knowledge of quantity food service and nutrition.

- Computer skills as required for the position.
