Curtis is a dynamic force in the Richmond, VA area. He facilitates male, youth self-development (ages 12-19) utilizing his social action platform, Nu Collar Solutions. His organization focuses on truly hearing the voices of young men and assisting them in delving into what moves, molds and/or keeps them limited. Curtis is hands-on, tactful, empathetic and driven by his personal experiences in boarding school. He is staunch is ensuring that these young men identify their who, what, why, and what they need to become in this challenging world via personal coaching, workshops and speaking engagements. Curtis is intelligent, self-aware, fully engaging and a joy to anyone who graces his presence.
