Position Summary

Clean Technology Hub is seeking a motivated Junior Associate, Operations to contribute to the success and growth of its Research program. As a Junior Associate, you will work with managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Assist Operations Manager and provide support in performing business operations duties as and when required.
Update internal operation procedures document as needed.
Coordinate with Operations Manager to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups.
Support in managing and resolving operational issues.
Work towards providing excellent customer service.
Participate in customer meetings and distribute minutes of meeting to the appropriate parties
Sort and distribute mails and faxes to respective personnel.
Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
Order, store and organize all office supplies.
Manage incoming and outgoing letters and packages.
Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Knowledge

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Must have basic knowledge of minute-taking and writing
Must be able to write fluently
Must possess a Graduate degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong drafting ability.
Strong attention to detail and organization is a must.
Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in languages other than English will be an added advantage.
Team player who is also able to work independently and is a self-starter.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Suites and other Software Tools.
