JOB DESCRIPTION
• Respond to user enquiries, providing first-line support for IT-related problems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with computer systems, software applications, and peripherals, offering timely solutions. • Monitor IT systems for performance and security, performing necessary updates, patches, and regular maintenance. • Assist in maintaining and monitoring network and telephony infrastructure and implementing IT security measures. • Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and technical support purposes. • Work with other IT teams to deploy systems, plan upgrades, and implement system improvements. • Test and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve the organization's efficiency and productivity. • Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
• HND or degree • 2 years’ work experience or more • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
