Key Responsibilities:


Operate industrial sewing machines (e.g., Overlock, Single needle, Double needle, Flatlock and button hole, ) for high-volume garment production.
Read and follow stitching specifications, patterns, and work orders accurately.
Assemble and sew garments with precision, ensuring consistent quality and speed.
Perform basic machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary corrections.


Requirements:


Prior experience in garment or apparel mass production is highly preferred.
Proficient in using sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physically fit and able to sit or stand for extended periods.
