Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Laws and advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Public Administration, Political Science/Social Science or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
Met the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution and
Proficiency in Computer Application Skills.
