JOB DESCRIPTION
• Greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs • Answering customer inquiries about products or services • Offering advice and guidance on product selection to customers • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment • Restocking and reorganizing products on the shop floor • Performing inventory checks and ordering new stock as needed • Handling customer complaints and issues, escalating to a manager when necessary • Promoting store loyalty programs or special sales to customers
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • Proficiency in English • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math • SHS or diploma
