Key Responsibilities


Deliver high-impact Mathematics and Business Studies lessons that challenge students to excel under the Kenyan curriculum.
Develop detailed schemes of work, innovative lesson plans, and engaging teaching materials.
Promote critical thinking, discipline, and leadership through effective classroom instruction.
Rigorously assess and track student progress, targeting outstanding KCSE performance.
Provide strong mentorship, inspiring students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.
Play an active role in departmental strategy, curriculum development, and co-curricular activities.
Champion the school's values while fostering a disciplined, aspirational learning environment.
At least 3-4 years of impactful teaching experience
