Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Agbara will like to employ the service of a competent sales representative. You will be required to forge relationships with current and prospective clients, and use these connections as opportunities to drive sales and promote well-being. You will also perform ongoing competitor analysis to ensure that the firm remains a leading provider in the field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Organize appointments and meetings with the community- and hospital-based healthcare staff

identify and establish new businesses within the state

negotiate contracts with customers

Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, Pharmacy stores, and, other health providers) and convert them to prospective customers
Develop and execute a sales growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceuticals or in a relevant
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as a sales representative in a pharmaceutical company with a proven track record
• Previous work experience in a similar position will be an advantage is a must
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Must be a resident of Benin City
Knowledge of MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent teamwork and networking skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
Strong negotiation and sales skills
