To coordinate all operations at the branch in order to achieve the company’s objectives.
Ensure that all the staff in the branch carry out their activities diligently.
Build seed distribution networks in the region and market all company products.
Carry out market surveys, explore and expand markets.
Ensure proper inventory control to avoid stock losses.
Ensure that all the cash collected on each day is banked intact on a daily basis and only diverted for other uses after authorization by management.
Represent the company at official meetings in the region and report to management.
Coordinate the distribution of inputs under government programs.
Participate in Agricultural shows, field days and exhibitions to educate farmers about our varieties.
Maintain and take care of all company assets and properties under your care.
Timely preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual marketing reports for submission to the general manager.
Perform any other duties that you may be instructed to do by management.
