Job Description
• Installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computers. • Supporting these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management teams within their company. • Troubleshooting software, hardware and other IT equipment issues. • Securing computer networks by performing periodic upgrades to firewalls. • Maintaining technical documentation. • Conducting performance checks for newly installed software or hardware. • Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties. • Monitoring clicks, links, usability and overall status of the company webpage, landing pages and supporting pages. • Assisting customers and staff with hardware and software challenges.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles • Excellent communication ability • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills • HND or diploma
