We are looking for a pleasant Professional Front Desk Representative to undertake all customer care and related clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all clients and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with varied client’s need and provide accurate information to both clients and relevant Biofarms Officers. A customer-oriented approach, outstanding communication skills, time management and proper planning skills are essential. You must also have agricultural background to serve in this position since we deal with farmers.
The goal is to ensure our clients and stakeholders feel comfortable and valued while on our premises or trading with our company.
