Responsibilities

Update/upload product with description and monitor the website.
Respond to chats and orders (chats and Whatsapp) from the website phone.
Send emails from website.
Update emails from inventory.
Use and respond to product website modules.
Update prices/change on the website.
Place orders on the website and process orders for the entire website (Nigeria and othe Countries)
Update Products on Amazon and Etsy.
Update order status.
Clear cache from website.
Attend to all abandoned carts, missing orders, failed and cancelled orders on the website.
Change a status on the website and delete products that are no ongerin use
Creation of coupon codes.
Update store locator where necessary.
Pick phone calls via 3cx.
Send push notifications for products every two days.
Improve user experience of the website regularly.

Requirements

Should have a Degree related to the role.
1 - 3 years work experience.
Previous working experience in the role.
Must be a female.
Should have proficiency in basic website features.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in Social media platforms.
