Job description


Plan and coordinate end-to-end logistics and haulage of goods, materials, and equipment.
Oversee daily fleet operations, routing, and scheduling of trucks.
Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.
Develop logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, KPIs, and cost analyses.
Manage logistics staff and drivers, ensuring training and operational discipline.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, transportation logs, and compliance documentation.


Requirement:


5+ years experience in logistics or transport management, preferably in haulage or dredging environments.
Strong knowledge of logistics software, fleet tracking, and inventory systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with environmental and maritime regulations is a plus.
