Key Responsibilities:


Operate and monitor all water treatment equipment, including filtration units, reverse osmosis systems, UV sterilizers, and dosing pumps.
Perform daily water quality testing (pH, turbidity, TDS, chlorine, microbial) to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Maintain accurate records of water quality data, treatment processes, and equipment performance.
Adjust chemical feed systems and processes to optimize water treatment and ensure consistent product quality.
Perform routine cleaning, backwashing, and sanitization of water treatment systems and holding tanks.
Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and other relevant food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage chemical inventories, ensuring safe storage and handling practices are followed.
Support internal and external audits and inspections related to water treatment and quality assurance.


Job Requirement:


Education: OND/HND/B.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related technical field.
Experience: 2+ years in water treatment or bottled water manufacturing preferred.
Certifications: Water treatment plant operation certification is a plus.
Ability to interpret laboratory results and make process adjustments
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in using monitoring instruments and data recording tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
