Job Purpose Statement

The role holder has the principal responsibility of managing user access to bank systems within the Group. The officer handles end user requirements on a daily basis, including user profile maintenance, troubleshooting and training of users. The officer conducts quarterly systems review contributing to bank risk management process by ensuring access controls in the system corresponds to risk management objective. Additionally, the officer resolves customer complaints and issues related to User Profile management.

Ideal Job Specifications

Academic:

University Degree preferably a graduate with Audit and compliance, ICT or any other
Banking Related background and skills.
Computer Literate – advanced Skills.

Professional:

A good understanding of all core processes and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Professional Banking qualifications.

Desired work experience:

A minimum of 5 years work experience in banking with experience in:-
General system Banking operations
Experience of a service environment
Knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements
