The Warehouse operations manager oversees the receipt, storage and dispatch of products in a safe and efficient way. He/she mobilizes his/her team and sets up the right processes and tools to ensure his/her site’s main objectives are met in terms of Safety, Quality, Service and Costs.


Academic and Trade Qualifications


3 year Supply Chain degree or equivalent
Up to date with logistics legislation, development and best practice


Work Experience and Skills


Minimum 8 – 10 years’ experience in FMCG supply chain operations
SAP Experience preferred
Proven experience in warehouse operations and productivity initiatives.
Experience in leading, managing and developing people
Strong understanding of relevant regulations and legislation
Excellent computer skills (MS Office), numeracy and analytical skills
