Job Description:
• Maintaining Financial Records • Processing Invoices and Payments • Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable • Accounts Reconciliation • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements • Managing and maintaining the general ledger • Auditing and Compliance • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecast • Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities • Supporting Financial Decision - Making
Qualification Required & Experience
• Barchelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field • 2+ years of experience in account management or financial services • Strong analytical and problem - solving skills • Proficiency in accounting software and systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
