Every day is a challenge to be great especially on days when we do not feel so great. This negative feeling can be overcome. Build Your Own Brain presents the "Grateful Challenge." When you wake up in the morning, describe your day in a positive manner and write down three things you are grateful for.
Example:
"Today is a marvelous day. I'm grateful for 1. Another opportunity 2. Fishing 3. My children"
Living and practicing gratitude keeps the negative thoughts at bay. We here at BYOB suggest that you practice the Grateful Challenge every day. Kick it up a knotch and challenge three of your colleagues. Text them your grateful list and challenge them to reply back with three things they are grateful for.
