Tiko is an established, next-generation African non-profit organisation that delivers scalable and verified impact – enabling sub-Saharan African youth to do more – through smart technologies and in-partner local networks. The impact of SRH services on young people and adolescents’ agency and control over their health choice and paths to do more with their lives is profound.

Participate in a mandatory training on SGBV, research ethics, safeguarding, and study tools
Collect quantitative data using digital tools ( SurveyCTO)
Conduct qualitative interviews and FGDs with survivors and key stakeholders
Ensure informed consent is obtained, and confidentiality and survivor safety are maintained
Accurately record responses, transcribe interviews, and submit clean data in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with the Lead researcher at Tiko and escalate any protection or referral concerns immediately
Follow Tiko’s protocols on safeguarding, referral pathways, and do-no-harm principles
