RESPONSIBILITIES:


Set up, operate, and maintain sound systems, microphones, speakers and other audio equipments for services and events
Ensure proper functioning of mixing consoles and video switchers. 
Manage live streaming for online services on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Church websites. 
Collaborating with the media team for seamless integration of audio and visuals
Recording sermons and special programs for online distribution
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the sound system
Coordinating with musicians and worship leaders for optimal sound quality
Maintaining and upgrading audio equipment as needed
Archiving recorded services and making them available for playback
Mixing and balancing sound levels for clarity and consistency
Resolve technical glitches during live broadcasts and recordings.
Ensuring backup audio solutions in case of technical failures 
Record sermons, worship sessions, and special church programs. 
Follow electrical safety protocols for equipment handling. 
Work with the media team, worship leaders, and technical staff to enhance production.
Train volunteers and team members on sound system operation


REQUIREMENTS:


Education qualification in audio engineering or related discipline.
Proficiency in operating digital and analog mixing consoles, sound systems, and streaming equipment (e.g., Behringer, Allen & Heath, Yamaha, OBS Studio, Wirecast etc.).
Proven experience in live sound engineering and broadcasting
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
Experience in operating and maintaining broadcast equipment
3-5 years proven working experience as an Audio Engineer
