Job Responsibilities


Identify and target potential clients across various industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Promote and sell the company’s offerings including: Custom Software Development, Talent Outsourcing Services, Edutech Solutions and other tailored digital and tech-based solutions.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Engage in physical visits and door-to-door outreach to meet prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client communications.
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
3+ years proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the tech or consulting space.
Strong collaborative and organizational skills.
Ability to understand and discuss technical solutions with clients.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
A strong network or ability to build one quickly is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholderss.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with a focus on achieving goals and fostering professional development.
