The Senior Program Officer – E- waste Management will be responsible for identifying and developing a viable business plan for repair services within and outside the settlement, provide training and capacity building for the current team of technicians to enable their transition into a self-managed, community-based group focused on e-waste management and support the setup and implementation of all business systems, including financial due diligence mechanisms, a bank account, financial reporting procedures, sales & inventory management, safety & security and marketing. The Senior Program Officer will work closely with the project’s research partner to test the viability of the business model for a sustainable e-waste enterprise.
