**Opinion: Most home service companies don't have a lead problem. They have an execution problem.**

Too many businesses immediately assume they need more marketing.

But before spending another dollar on ads, I'd ask:

• Are you answering every call?
• How fast do you respond to new leads?
• How many estimates never receive a second follow-up?
• How many past customers have you contacted in the last 12 months?
• Can you see exactly where every opportunity sits in your pipeline?

Sometimes the fastest way to grow isn't generating more leads. It's converting more of the ones you already have.
