JOB DESCRIPTION
• Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, office supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. • Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies. • Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner. • Using software to track company information and generate reports. • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate company services • Respond to customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Strong mathematical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good organizational and time management skills • Computer proficiency • High level of integrity and trustworthiness • HND or degree
