Responsibilities


The ICT officer will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization.
He/She will be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
He/She will provide general ICT support, ICT hardware installation & configuration, networking administration & management, telecom administration, & installation, security administration & management.


Qualifications


BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
Relevant IT certifications
5-10 years practical experience in operational ICT functions
Expertise in data centre management, computer networks, network administration and installation
