The company's primary strategic focus is international expansion and creating product value for clients from different countries through our Platform.
As a result of our growth, we are inviting an Information Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy for the information content of the company's product.
- Conduct analysis and consolidation of market and client needs to identify significant sources of information and data collection methods, highlighting the product's expertise and relevance.
- Search for necessary information sources of various types (legal, financial, tax, etc.) on the international market.
- Ensure the quality, relevance, and compliance of content with user requirements.
- Organise relevant and reliable information provided within the Company's product.
- Establish partnerships with data providers and ensure a high level of product content.
- Collaborate actively with other teams in the company, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Monitor data market trends, analytics, and professional subjects (legal, financial, compliance) and explore new opportunities for innovation and improvement.

The right candidate will possess a diverse range of experiences, skills, and competencies, including but not limited to:
- Experience in law/contract activities/compliance/information database analysis / financial activities in the Ukrainian and international markets.
- Higher education (law, business administration, business management, financial management, information technology).
- Experience with registries and databases in the international and Ukrainian markets.
- Knowledge of target audiences’ needs, such as executives, lawyers, and compliance managers (officers) in the international and Ukrainian markets.
- Experience in data management, analytics, or a related field. Previous experience in companies providing analytical products and services is a plus.
- Deep understanding of data collection, storage, processing, and analysis methods and experience with data analytics tools and technologies.
- Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams. The ability to inspire and motivate employees to collaborate to achieve results.
- Strong analytical thinking, the ability to see the big picture, and extract valuable insights from data.
- English proficiency at the B2+ level.
- Presentation and public speaking skills.
