As a Stock Controller, you’ll play a vital role in the efficient operation of our M-KOPA retail hub.

Inventory Management: Handle the receiving, allocation, and reconciliation of stock with high accuracy. Conduct weekly stock audits for indirect outlets assigned to you.
Sales Support: Assist in stock allocation, support customers with product upgrades, and manage aged stock effectively.
Reverse Logistics: Track and manage the return of stock to the warehouse, ensuring all procedures are followed, and documentation is completed accurately.
Customer Service: Log and resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot device issues, manage in-warranty repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service.
Retail Space Management: Keep our retail hub neat, clean, and visually appealing, ensuring marketing materials are in good condition and requesting replacements when necessary.
Reporting: Provide daily reports on stock activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all records.
