We are looking for an ambitious, open minded and action-oriented L&D Specialist to support KPMG in development processes and learning activities. The person we are looking for, will deliver the following key responsibilities:
Managing Professional Development Qualifications process;
Managing live training sessions delivery;
Effectively collaborate with other functions, like designers, translators, planning team to meet processes and tasks quality;
Design and distribute L&D monthly digests;
Administrate internal performance development system;
Support Performance Development process ;
Assist in other L&D activities.

 The candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:
Graduate or final-year student (4th course and above).
1 year of relevant experience as L&D or training management specialist.
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft Teams.
English – at least upper intermediate level.
Experience with LMS platform will be an advantage.
