Requirements


Must be certified of the Chartered Institute of Personal Management
Must have at least 5yrs experience of HR Management in an industrial environment
Must have an experience in the management of a large workforce of 500 workers and above
Must have an experience in massive recruitment
Must be well versed in Nigeria Labour Law and all other applicable rules and directives
Must have an experience in conflict resolution, grievance procedure
Must know the standard HS&E guidelines.


Qualifications:


HND/BSC in the relevant field
