MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: 

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Food Technologist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing department. you will play a crucial role in developing new food products and improving existing formulas to enhance quality, nutrition, and consumer satisfaction. If you have a flair for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a love for food science, we want you on our team to drive our mission of delivering safe and delicious food products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

MAIN TASKS OR ACTIVITIES OF THE JOB:


Developing new product ideas and recipes, formulating and cost optimization
Testing and examining samples, and conducting experiments to improve the product quality
Ensuring compliance with safety, legal and quality standards
Integrating new technology in the development process of food production
Scaling up the production process from trial through to full-scale manufacturing
Working closely with other technical staff to develop 'recipes'
Conducting preservation trials and managing product stability testing
Documenting formulations, specifications, and process improvements


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Food Technologist in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.


Salary Proposed:


200k – 300k

Work days – Monday – Saturday
Work Time : 9:00am -5:00pm
