Key Responsibilities:


Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Support performance management and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues


Requirements:


Degree in Human Resource Management & IHRM Certification
Minimum 4 years’ HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or textile sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
