Recruiting and selecting a new cohort of trainees (70% female and 30% male) in the selected communities in accordance with the IH recruitment and selection policies and procedures.
Facilitating the entrepreneurship sessions with at least 95% attendance as per the agreed numbers.
Supporting participants in business idea selection, developing prototypes, and launching social ventures.
Supporting program participants in preparing pitch decks and presenting their business ideas to Imagine Her and other potential funders
Supporting the Program Associates in conducting the due diligence and risk analysis for the entrepreneurs earmarked for funding
Identifying and compiling the coaching and mentorship needs of program participants during and after the training.
