The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians.

Greet and consult with customers about their vehicle concerns
Assess the vehicle’s condition and advise on necessary services or repairs.
Prepare detailed repair orders with descriptions of problems, repairs needed, and associated costs.
Following up with customers’ quotations to ensure quick approval and closure.
Scheduling appointments appropriately with customers
Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues where possible.
