Purpose
• To ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, production coordination and installation • This role drives workflow optimization, customer satisfaction, safety compliance and team leadership while fostering continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and streamlined workflows • Coordinate production schedules and manage logistics for timely product delivery • Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals • Monitor KPIs, analayse performance and ensure compliance with safety and company policies • Mentor and lead warehouse staff, promoting accountability
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field (MBA in project management is a plus) • 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing • 3+ years in a managerial role. • Expertise in inventory management, logistics and production coordination • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in warehouse management software and tools • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
