The main challenge is where the Strategy is not broken down to small and achievable goals with clear timelines. No buying by every stakeholder, you... are going no where.

The implementers have to understand the overall objective of a project and where they come in.
Use the expected goals for everyone's job description and where consultants are needed, clarify in their contract what you expect from them and the time.

No one fits all. Have everyone understand and be open to changes. strategy needed continuous review and amendment to enable you achieve desired and exemplary results.

For digital projects, 3 key reasons:
    - project shared vision and goals (either unclear or not properly understood by all the stakeholders)
    - data... preparedness (data discovery, cleansing, mapping, loading with integrity)
    - change management (unwillingness to learn the new leaving the old way of doing things, learnability and adoption)

  • Poor planning: When there is poor planning, funds can also be misappropriate

Lack of delegation of duties and responsibilities
Not given your staff/team the... sense of belonging
No Contingency plan, there were no risk assement before project implementation
And no clear definition of the project it self..

  • Unclear Objective: Your team isn’t aligned on project goals, and there’s no way to measure success.
