David Hargrove is an outstanding chef with an inmense respect for his craft. Mr. Hargrove provided meals for the children at the National Youth Advocacy Program Foster Care agency in New Orleans in 2025. His delicious breakfasts and lunches became an integral part of the care we provided for the children at our center, introducing them to regional cuisine, delivering the meals in time, and always adhering to the highest standards of quality.
