Leonidas Dusengemungu has over 20 years of working experience in planning, supervising and
coordinating socio-economic studies in areas of agriculture, environment and rural development.
He worked mainly for ISAR that later merged with RADA and RARDA into Rwanda Agriculture
and Animal Resource Development Board (RAB) from May 2001 to August 2021. From 2014 to
2021, He occupied the position of Senior Socio-economist Research Fellow where He performed
several baseline, adoption and impact studies, mid-term and end-line projects evaluation along
with policy analysis, feasibility studies, strategic and business plans for agriculture, rural and
environment development in Rwanda. He closely collaborated with different regional, national
and international institutions.
