The Finance Business team is playing a key role of Strategic Business Partner, co-leading the Business; leveraging digital and empowering and developing People to make the difference.
The Fixed Costs Business Controller mission is to monitor and animate Sales Force and Head Office Overheads costs for all West Africa countries in close collaboration with Head of Departments. As business partner, you are also working on improvements projects and in order to support business.

Proactive, hands-on manager who will own, in partnership with the Finance Director, responsibility for the Finance Department.
Strategic thinker who possesses solid business acumen and is able to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with others, both internally and externally.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Proven ability to make complex and time-sensitive decisions in the best interests of the organization.

Education/Trainings/Experience:

Finance background (min. 3 years' experience)
Autonomy, drive and leadership
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the confidence to challenge others
Analysis skills and attention to detail
At ease with systems and data management
Sound judgement with ability to make decisions based on data and information received
Excellent time management and planning skills
Fluent in English
