We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and service-driven NYSC Corps Member to take on the role of Service Advisor. This person will be the bridge between customers and the workshop—ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up.

Key Responsibilities


Greet and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Accurately record customer complaints, service requests, and vehicle conditions.
Prepare job cards and communicate customer needs to technicians.
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
Ensure that all jobs are tracked from start to finish and meet expected timelines.
Cross-check completed jobs for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Maintain clear records of services provided, costs, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with workshop staff for workflow efficiency.


Requirements


Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member in Abuja.
BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Business Admin, Customer Service, or a related field.
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a busy environment.
A passion for customer service and attention to detail.
Interest or background in automobiles is a plus.
