Leading HR initiatives and aligning them with business goals.
Managing teams of HR professionals and overseeing major HR functions(recruitment, performance management, employee relations.)
Creating and implementing HR strategies and policies 
Managing organizational change and employee engagement program
Handling complex employee relations issues and disputes 
Recruitment and Selection
Human Resources Administration
Training and Development 

Qualification Required:

Experience Level : Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in Human Resources Management
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree required: Masters in HR, or MBA highly preferred.
Certification : Senior-mid level certifications such as SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) ,SPHR, CIPM
Skills : Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, deep understanding of labour laws and compliance ,talent management , and work force planning .
