Job Description

Present, promote and sell products/services using e-commerce platforms to existing and prospective customers
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities
Track and document calls and sales
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or of related field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Proven work experience as an e-commerce Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
Technical knowledge in the following fields: E-Commerce platforms, online payments, graphics design and product photography.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
