Purpose
• Drive revenue growth by leading strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and managing sales teams to achieve targets in the furniture industry
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing plans to boost product sales and brand presence • Lead sales teams and build strong client relationships • Oversee digital marketing, social media and campaigns aligned with brand identity • Analyse campaign performance using data insights and conduct market research • Manage budgets, create marketing collateral and mentor team members
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field • 7+ years of marketing experience (furniture/interior design/manufacturing preferred) • 3+ years in leadership roles with proven campaign success • Proficiency in tools (e.g, Google Analytics, CRM, social media platforms) • Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills
