As an IT Specialist at Hessons Consulting, you will play a vital role in supporting ERP deployments and ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems that align with our consultancy objectives. You will work closely with consultants and clients to provide technical expertise, resolve system issues, and optimize ERP solutions. Responsibilities


Provide technical support for ERP system deployment, integration, and post-implementation processes.
Assist consultants in configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet client requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP systems and other IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ERP deployment and functionality.
Monitor and maintain ERP system performance, implementing updates and optimizations as needed.
Provide training and technical support to end-users, enhancing ERP system adoption and utilization.
Ensure data integrity during system migrations, integrations, and upgrades.
Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to support consultancy objectives effectively.
Contribute to the development of IT strategies that align with business and client goals.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle.
Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, modules, and integrations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Knowledge of database management systems and data migration tools.
Experience with IT security practices and system performance monitoring.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) are an advantage.
