Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals.
Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to the company.
Plan, execute, and oversee security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and controls.
Establish security protocols, policies, and procedures for physical and digital security, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement security protocols for safeguarding the organization’s physical assets, facilities, and personnel.
Manage security personnel and contractors responsible for surveillance, patrols, and emergency response.
Ensure access control measures are in place, such as ID badges, security checkpoints, and surveillance systems (CCTV)
Collaborate with executives, department heads, and other key stakeholders to ensure security measures align with organizational objectives.
Provide leadership and training for security staff, ensuring they understand and follow security protocols

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification is OND in any field
Must reside in Abuja or its environs
Minimum of 8 years experience in in security management, or a related field is generally required, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
Experience in risk management, incident response, and security audits
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to monitor multiple security systems and data points, identifying potential vulnerabilities
Proven experience in working in the Security unit, and managing other security personnels
