The purpose of this role is to assume secondary accountability and responsibility, fully supporting the Branch Manager, in running a profitable quick-service restaurant.
 This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.


REQUIREMENTS


Grade 12 with 2 years experience in a similar management role.
A tertiary qualification is desirable.
Experience in a supervisory capacity in a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR).
