Job Description:
• Accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. • Maintaining a balanced cash drawer, counting currency, and handling foreign currency exchanges and wire transfers. • Assisting customers with account inquiries, resolving issues, and explaining various bank products and services. • Helping with the opening of new accounts and providing support for various account types. • Verifying customer identification, following established bank procedures, and reporting any suspicious activities or security concerns to management. • Promoting bank products and services, such as different account types and credit assets, to meet customer needs.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A degree in banking and finance ,business administration or any related field • 2- 3 years working experience • Meticulous attention to detail for handling financial transactions and balancing cash. • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse clients. • Ability to assist customers and resolve their banking-related issues promptly. • A high level of integrity and reliability for managing cash and sensitive customer information. • A strong understanding of banking products and services to effectively cross-sell.
